Vegan Chocolate Dipped Pretzels

1 bag pretzel rods (read label carefully to avoid partially hydrogenated oil) 
Toppings: crushed nuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, dried fruit, coconut

Break pretzel rods in half for smaller servings.  Heat chocolate over double boiler, stirring frequently.  Dip broken end into chocolate to cover evenly.  Sprinkle or roll pretzel rod to cover with toppings as desired. Place pretzel rod on cookie sheet.  Allow to cool in refrigerator for about an hour.
