Vegan Chocolate Candy Hearts

1 bag Enjoy-Life vegan chocolate chips
4 cups cereal (I have used Smart Bran , Kashi Heart to Heart, and Erewon brown rice cereal)

Optional add-ins: slivered almonds, crushed nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, dried cherries/raisins/cranberries, Enjoy Life vegan mini chocolate chips, coconut. 
Heat chocolate over double boiler, stirring frequently.  When melted, add in cereal and add-ins and coat with chocolate. Spoon mixture evenly onto cookie sheet.  Top with toppings, as desired.  Allow treats to set, either 6 hours at room temperature, or in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours.  Use cookie cutter to shape chocolate into desired shape, such as heart.
